The congress is a place for exchanges and discussions on many subjects as well as new discoveries dealing with lipids, oils and fats. It will be held from 20 to 23 October 2014 in Seville, one of the brightest and most colourful cities in Europe.

Seville, the Andalusian capital, has a rich historical and cultural heritage that makes it one of the most popular tourist destinations in Europe. The economic and political heart of the region, it is also a city with a prestigious past and a rich artistic and architectural heritage.

 

The congress

Since it was held in 2018, and with the new research programs, the congress has been named "Driving Science and Technology to New Horizons". More specifically, 17 different topics will be addressed, promoting networking with all researchers from the academic and industrial sectors. Sessions related to molecular and cell biology, nutrition, lipids and health, analysis, physical chemistry, oleochemistry, oleaginous and marine, plant and animal lipids and many others will take place during this event.
