Montage retro2025

A Busy Year and a Promising Future

As we are already reaching the end of the first quarter of 2026, it is a good time to look back at some of the key projects that shaped 2025.

The year was characterized by a wide diversity of extraction units, both in terms of processed products and installed capacities:

  • Capacity increase of a cold sunflower crushing unit, initially designed for 50 t/day
  • Containerized crushing unit – 10 t/day for shea kernels
  • Commissioning of a cocoa butter extraction unit – 2.4 t/day
  • Four grinding units for cocoa bean processing and cottonseed dehulling
  • Construction of a 120 t/day double-pressing unit for rapeseed and sunflower seeds
  • Installation of a 2 t/h press combined with a mixer/cooker for the valorization of slaughterhouse by-products

These achievements are above all the result of the trust of our clients, the strength of our partnerships with suppliers, and the ongoing commitment of our teams.

2026 is already off to a strong start with the upcoming opening of our new pilot testing station. Equipped with a vertical conditioner and a 10 t/day press, it will enable us to optimize thermal processing parameters and host specific production trials through seasonal rental of the unit.
